Our enquiry form passes us your name, phone, email, the repair you selected, and the note you write about the piece. No payment or card information is requested anywhere on this website.
We use what you send solely to answer your enquiry, quote the repair, and arrange a time to see the item. A short note of the exchange is kept so the bench is ready when you arrive.
Your particulars are not for sale and are never passed to a mailing list. Only the studio staff who book and carry out repairs can see them.
We retain an enquiry for the time needed to complete your repair and honor its guarantee, after which the record is erased.
You are welcome to ask what we hold, request a correction, or have your record erased entirely. Clients in Indiana, and those covered by frameworks such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, may make the same request by email, and it will never change the welcome you receive.
